Question:
Hello, I own a 2006 Hummer H2 that has factory roof racks, and I was wondering if the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket - 62-1/2inch Long x 37inch Wide x 4inch Deep - 150 lbs Item # C18115-117 could be mounted with the hardware that comes with it or would I need to purchase anything more

We have not yet tested the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket part # C18115-117 on a 2006 Hummer H2 with a factory roof rack therefore, in order to determine compatibility you would need to do a bit of measuring on your Hummer. For starters, the Curt cargo basket works with crossbars that are spaced between 22 and 50 inches apart on center and do not exceed 3" wide x 1-5/8" tall. Therefore, as long as the factory roof rack on your H2 fits these two criteria then it will work well for you. Unfortunately, they do not make any adapters to go with the above basket to allow for different sized crossbars or spreads to be used. For a cargo net to use with this basket I recommend the Curt Stretchable Cargo Net part # C18201.
I have attached a review video of both the basket and net for you as well. If your H2's crossbar dimensions and spread do not work with the above basket then please provide them so I can can compare it to another basket we may have that will work for you.
