Question:
What size breaker would I need? What is maximum wattage? I know at 1400 watts 120volts 15 amp breaker should be good .

According to Atwood/Dometic water heater # AT94186 wiring used must be rated for 1500 watts or more and the supply cord must be between 2 and 6 feet long, 14 gauge, rated for 15 amps. So that would indicate a max of 1500 watts and then 15 amps.
