Can Draw Tite Front Hitch # 65063 Fit 2018 Ram 2500 without Tow Hooks

Question:
Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2 Item # 65063 This says front tow hooks required. I have the place where the tow hooks would be bolted on but not the tow hooks. will this hitch still work?

I attached a picture of how the Draw Tite front hitch part # 65063 installs and it uses the tow hooks to bolt through the mounting plate of the hitch to the truck frame. Since you have the area available where the tow hooks install I'd recommend getting a set of them from a RAM dealer so that you can then install this hitch.
