Question:
Hi: Im considering getting a Thule Hullivator for a Hobie Outback. My SUV is a 2013 Infiniti JX35 with no crossbar, just the standard factory rails. What would I need to buy to get the Hullivator to work? Thanks in advance!

From my research the 2013 Infiniti JX35 has the options of a complete roof rack or a roof that has small flush rails along each side of the roof, which is what it sounds like you have. All of the roof racks we carry for your roof style use clamps to the sides of the roof.
I recommend the Rhino-Rack crossbars, part # RRVA137B-2. Then use legs # RRRLKVA and fit kit # DK339. These are nice aerodynamic crossbars to help eliminate wind noise. They'll also work well with the Thule Hullavator Pro, part # TH898 as long as you have at least 4 inches beyond the legs on one side of the roof rack.
If you have a different roof style send me a picture and I'll recommend a different rack for you.
