We do have a system that will allow you to mount 4 cameras, 3 on your trailer and 1 on your 2016 Ram 2500, and see them through a rear view mirror monitor.
The Rear View Safety Universal Backup Camera System # RVS-770619N has a 7" monitor that clips on to your existing mirror. It comes with a box that allows up to 3 camera inputs. To connect a 4th camera you simply need to splice the wiring from one of your cameras to another one. I recommend splicing the cameras on the sides of your trailer together.
This kit only comes with 1 camera so you need 3 of the Rear View Safety Backup Camera # RVS-771 Kit to complete the installation.
If you plan on picking up and dropping off your trailer frequently then you may also want to install the Quick Connect/Disconnect Kit # RVS-2133 for a clean look and to make your life a little easier.
