Am I correct that hitch #313056 is a 2 inch class 3 hitch that will fit a 2001 volvo v70? Thanks

For your 2001 Volvo V70 we only have Class II hitches like the Draw Tite part # 36297 which is a Class II hitch. There are no Class III, 2 inch hitches that fit your vehicle and the part number you mentioned is not one that we carry or have any info on.
The 2 inch hitches like you mentioned are typically only seen on larger vehicles like trucks and SUVs.
