Can RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose T-Adapter be Turned Into 3 into 1 Adapter

I was looking at CAM39734 But do u sell anything like a 3 to 1 adapter???

To get a 3 into one type fitting like the # CAM39734 you'd need to use the Y adapter part # CAM39272 with the # CAM39734 so that you could get all three hoses down to one.
Basically on one side of the tee adapter you'd put the Y adapter and then run the hoses as needed. Aside from that there isn't a 3 into 1 adapter.
