Will SportRack Vista Fit on Arched Crossbars?

Question:
The crossbars on both of my cars are arched a bit. Meaning they are not flat like the bottom of the cargo box. They arch a bit with the middle section a bit higher than the ends when they are mounted to the cars . Will this be a problem with the installation?

A little bit of arching is not going to be an issue when mounting the SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box # SR7018 because the U-bolts and the plates they attach to will still be secure. Your crossbars really should not be arching noticeably, however. I recommend possibly uninstalling and then re-installing the bars to ensure everything has been done correctly and there are no issues you can spot.
