Will this fit my 2015 f150 6 1/2 bed? An does this come with all the hardware to install it. I have the rails and hitch already.

No, bracket kit # RP50026 doesn't fit the F-150; it fits certain years of the F-250/350/450. For your 2015 F-150 you will need # RP50087. The hardware is included. I have linked a video showing an example installation.
