Question:
I need to get a hitch for my 2013 Toyota Venza, V6 AWD wagon. I am uncertain which to purchase.

For starters I recommend going with a 2" hitch receiver over the 1-1/4" receiver for your 2013 Toyota Venza. The 1-1/4" options tend to have more restrictions as to what they can be used with when it comes to accessories.
As for the Draw-Tite # 75663 and the Curt # 13356, these trailer hitches are nearly identical as they have the same weight capacities and designs. The only real difference between the 2 options is that the Curt hitch was made in the USA.
I have attached installation videos and details for each trailer hitch for you to check out. If you can let me know what you will be using the trailer hitch for I can make additional recommendations if necessary.
