The Rhino-Rack Aero Bars # RRVA137B-2 are compatible with your 2018 Acura MDX when used with the 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, and the DK Fit Kit # DK400.
We don't have any shops that we partner with, but with that being said I am confident that you can install it on your own as it is actually pretty easy. I have attached an installation video of us putting the same roof rack on a 2016 MDX as well as the instructions for the roof rack for you to check out.
If you let me know what you will be using the roof rack for I would be happy to make some recommendations for you.
