Does the Phoenix Faucets Single Handle RV Kitchen Faucet # PF231461 Include Base Plate

Does this faucet comes with the base plate? We are replacing a 3-hole faucet and need to cover up the extra holes.

Yes, the Phoenix Faucets 8 Inch Single Handle RV Kitchen Faucet # PF231461 referenced in your question does include the base plates. You can use either the small round base for a 1-hole mount or the long oval base for a 3-hole mount design. The longer oval base measures 10-1/4 inches long, 1/4 inch tall, and 2-1/2 inches deep.
