For your 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118648. This harness plugs into your Toyota Sienna's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. You will then run the included power wire to your vehicle battery. This will power the harness and protect your vehicle's electronics. 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE using this wiring harness. Right turn signal lights up on trailer but doesn't flash. That light also stays lit, without flashing, when the vehicle ignition is turned off. Need to unplug trailer from vehicle to turn it off. It's definitely a vehicle side issue, since the trailer behaves normally when connected to our other vehicle. Likely causes, and solutions, anyone? Thank you!

@GrantC more than likely it is a bad ground. Make sure it isn't damaged and is still secure.
