Front Mounting an LED Bowtie Light for a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado

Question:
On the page showing reese lighted emblem rp86618 being installed on an 02 silverado, 2 of the pictures paper to show and emblem on the tailgate lit up yellow/gold like the oem emblem. Is there one that color available or just red? Would like to turn one into a grill emblem as mine fell off while driving. Thanks.

The Reese Chevrolet LED Bowtie, part # RP86618 is only available in red and is intended as a tail light, but we have had several customers successfully mount it to the front of their vehicle in various configurations. I've included a picture of one installed onto a puddle light circuit so you can see a potential application.
