Yes, Rhino-Rack roof rack # RRVA137B-2 will fit your 2014 Honda CR-V as long as it has a naked roof (no rails that run front to back or crossbars that run side to side). You will also need fit kit # DK284, and legs # RRRLKVA to install the roof rack.
The bars are indeed 54 inches long overall.
