Does your Express van have a roof rack on it currently? If so the Sportrack Vista cargo basket part # SR9035 will fit if the bars are up to 3-1/2 inches wide.
If you need a roof rack we have the INNO part # INB165 and # INSD that is a confirmed fit for your vehicle that will work well with the Sportrack cargo basket.
