Tie Down Bracket for a Thule Summit Cargo Box

Question:
Ive got a Thule Summit box. I have a new car that has wider aero bars, and need to get the wide mount hardware. But all I really need to the swing on quick bar that goes underneath the crossbar, which you seem to have! But I was wondering if you also have the longer plastic piece that goes inside the box? The one with the mount loop for cargo strap, but with 3 holes? Is that what item TH05309 is?...theres no photo or description. Thanks.

The part you're looking for is part # TH10375, which is a QM3 piece that will go inside the box and has a single tie down slot.
