There are several Class III, 2 inch trailer hitches available for your 2000 Honda Passport. The correct hitch will depend on if the vehicle has the factory spare tire mounted on the back or underneath the vehicle. If the spare is under the vehicle, you can use the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75093 that you have referenced. I have included a like to the installation instructions for you to view.

If the spare tire is mounted on the rear door then you can use Draw-Tite Hitch # 75092. I have included a link to the installation instructions for this hitch as well.

For either hitch, to complete your towing set up, I recommend etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls (2 inch and 1-7/8 inch diameters), and a hitch pin with clip.
