We do have trailer hitch receivers to fit your 2008 Toyota Corolla. I recommend the Draw-Tite, part # 24913, because it doesn't require a support strap like the Curt hitch does.

You also need a carrier, like part # C18110, for the scooter to ride in. Whatever carrier you use it needs to fit a Class I hitch receiver.

You also need to be mindful of the weight of the scooter. Some electric scooters can weigh several hundred pounds and the tongue weight capacity of the Corolla is only 150 pounds, from my research. Check your owner's manual to verify the capacity. You need to make sure the carrier and the scooter combined weigh less than the maximum tongue weight allowed. The Curt carrier I recommended weighs just under 30 pounds.
