My C300 2013 appears to have fixed mounting system. Also I have a Thule rack system for my Audi. What do I need to tie everything together

What you need specifically to fit your vehicle will largely depend on what particular vehicle type you have.
Outright, if your C300 is a wagon, there is no available kit for the vehicle to use a Thule rack.
For the Coupe with panoramic roof, you'll have to use an AeroBlade Edge kit, part # TH7602-TH7602 for silver or part # TH7602B-TH7602B for black. Then, you'll use fit kit part # THKIT3038 to fit the rack to the vehicle.
For the Coupe without a panoramic roof, or either version of the Sedan, you'll be able to use fit kit part # THKIT3049, and then the Podium foot pack, part # TH460R. You'll need at least 47 inch bars. Use part # TH712200 for SquareBars or for WingBars use part # TH711200 for silver or # TH711220 for black.
