I do have an option for your 2005 Chevrolet Blazer but unfortunately, I cannot recommend you modify or alter the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs part # AL59535 as this would likely decrease the integrity of the product in addition to voiding its warranty.

Instead, I recommend taking a look at the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TGMRJB. The Timbren springs offer the same benefits and features as the airbags but are completely maintenance free. The only difference between the two products is that the airbags will retain a bit more of the factory ride quality whereas the Timbers will be a bit stiffer but only while loaded.
