Will this fit a 1994 Honda Civic coupe? I dont want one that spans the frame rails.

For your 1994 Honda Civic Coupe the Draw Tite hitch part # 24677 is the only fit we have. The Curt # C11209 that you referenced only fits hatchback models and would not also fit a coupe.

Having a hitch attach to the frame rails of a vehicle is a much more secure place to mount it anyway.
