Question:
Do you guys have any bike racks or trailer hitches that will fit on a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium with the rear door hands-free-liftgate?

There are a few hitches designed to work with the hands-free liftgate feature on your 2013 Ford Escape. I recommend the Draw-Tite MaxFrame Class III Hitch, part # 75782. This design allows you to continue to use your hands-free lift gate while the hitch is unloaded.
I've included a video of this hitch's installation process so you can get familiar with the install process.
As far as the capacity goes, you'll need to verify your capacity with your owner's manual, as each engine version of the vehicle has a different tongue weight capacity
When you have a bike rack loaded, most of the rear-mounted features will not function as intended, due to blocking from the bike rack. I recommend picking bike racks that have a longer distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to their nearest part, as this will give you the best chance of using most features normally.
I recommend Saris' Freedom bike rack, available as a 2 bike, part # SA4412B or 4 bike, part # SA4414B version, and sets a little further back than the regular rack. I do recommend using caution when using hands-free or the backup camera with either of these racks, as there will be blocking of the camera.
I've included video reviews of these racks along with the hitch installation so you can get an idea of their features and performance.
