Replacing the Reese Cargo Basket Brackets with Rola Brackets

Question:
Can these rola brackets be used for the Reese Cargo Basket ? The original brackets for the Reese are horrible for OEM Crossbars.

The Rola Brackets, part # 59506 may work with the Reese basket. I've included a picture detailing the dimensions of the bracket so you can compare to the existing Reese brackets before ordering.
