Bike Rack Recommendation for Recumbent Azub Mini Which has 20 inch Wheels

Hi there! Im looking for a hitch rack to hold a recumbent Azub Mini I think the Swagman XC-Extended Platform-Style 2 Recumbent Bike Rack S64650-EXT may work, but I wanted to run a few details by you. 1- The Azub Mini has small 20inch wheels. Will they fit in the black wheel hoops or are the hoops too big? 2- It looks like the Azubs seat would get in the way of the vertical ratcheting hook. I think I can get around that by removing the seat so the hook can grab the bike frame tube. What do you think? Any other racks youd recommend instead?

A better option would be a rack designed for recumbent bikes like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider part # HR1000Z-R which can fit up to a 74 inch wheelbase and has wheel hoops that are adjustable for smaller wheel sizes like what you mentioned having since you said 20 inch diameter wheel.
