For your 2018 Toyota Tundra, we do not have any video installations of base rails for 5th wheel hitches. For a custom fit, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50084-58. This is a specific kit for your truck for an easier installation.
Another option is the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit w Spacers for 5th Wheel Hitches - Toyota Tundra # RP30035-309 which has a specific installation sheet I've attached to assist because this kit includes a special wheel spacer kit # RP58309.
Either kit will work with Curt, Draw-Tite, Reese, Valley, Demco, and Husky 5th Wheel hitches.
