Had wiring harness on 2013 Honda CRV installed a few months ago. Have narrowed problem down to converter box. Power in but nothing coming out. Is it possible just to change converter box. Tag on box reads 16506218 D. Would appreciate any advise. Thanks

It sounds like you have done your due diligence in finding the issue. Unfortunately there is not just a converter box replacement option available. I recommend replacing your wiring with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118561 which is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Honda CRV.
If you want to move to a different manufacturer, I also recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56158 for your vehicle. I've attached an installation video to assist.
