Yes, you can use an extension, like the RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose Extension # CAM39765, with the RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose Kit # CAM39768.
As long as your extension is the standard 3" diameter hose and has one end with a bayonet fitting and one end with the lug fitting you are good to go!
