Unfortunately, there is not a bumper step like the Bestop # B75300 you referenced available for your 1996 Dodge 3500 Dually. For a step option that is compatible, I recommend the Carr Hitch Mounted Step # CARR183252 or the HitchMate TruckStep # HE4045.
