I do have a solution for you, but the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT45508 that you referenced is a fit for Ford pickups and will not fit your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD.
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver that fits your Silverado 3500, whether it has a 6-1/2 foot or 8 foot bed, is part # DT45511. This is a Class V hitch with a 2-1/2" receiver opening. It has a Gross Towing Weight (GTW) of 20,000 lbs and a Tongue Weight (TW) rating of 2,700 lbs. You will want to check your owner's manual and compare the max weight capacities for your Silverado and go with the one that is lower for safe towing.
Please note that it is not compatible with cab and chassis models. For that you'd want the Curt # C15800 instead which has the same specs.
The installation instructions have been attached for you to check out.
