Saw the Bully Step that can fit a 2 inch and 1-1/4 inch htich. Is this the one?

The Bully Black Bull Hitch-Mounted Step # BBS-1102 referenced in your question is designed to only fit 2 inch hitch receiver openings.
If you are needing to use the step on 1-1/4 inch receivers as well, you will need the Bully Black Bull LED HItch-Mounted Step # BBS-1104L. This particular step features a removable sleeve that allows it to be used with both 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitch receivers. It has has long-lasting red LEDs that will provide more visibility and give your vehicle some flash.
