Will this move around inside the trunk when i'm driving?

The Hopkins Collapsible Vehicle Trunk Cargo Organizer with Mesh Bins, Item # HM74113 referenced in your question comes with Velcro that will help keep the organizer from sliding around in your vehicle. The weight of any items placed inside the organizer will also prevent the unit from moving around while you drive.
This organizer can be adjusted to fit your trunk, and the mesh compartments can be folded back so you have more room for larger items in the cargo area.. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
