To use your Yakima HighRoad Roof Bike Rack # Y02114 on your 2010 Ford Focus Sedan I recommend going with a Yakima roof rack system. This will allow you to use the same lock cores so that you only need one key to secure all of your equipment.
I recommend using the JetStream, part # Y00425 for Black, along with the BaseLine Towers # Y28TR and BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06119 for a great looking aerodynamic design. To use the same lock cores for all of your equipment you can use part # Y07206.
