The Fulton F2 Fully Enclosed Trailer Winch # FW16000101 referenced in your question has base dimensions, where it contacts the mounting location, of 3-3/8 inches by 6-3/16 inches. It features the industry standard bolt pattern, just like the 2,000 pound # FW20000301, that will allow the winch to be installed on almost any trailer. The two bottom bolts are spaced apart 2-1/4 inches on center, and the top bolt is 4-1/2 inches from both bottom bolts, on center.
