Re Continued Question from me today. Hopkins hard wired camera for a 2001 gmc sienna crew cab with 6ft bed Do I require an extension cable to hook up this camera?

The Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002 includes a 19-foot standard cable but for installation in a pickup like your 2001 GMC Sierra using the 5-foot extension # HM3100504060 or the 25-foot # HM3100504061 will certainly give you more flexibility in how you are able to route the cable. To be on the safe side I suggest the 25-foot extension so that you do not end up with fewer routing options or a cable that is under tension.
