Does the Reese 5th wheel Pro Series 15000 PN# 30077 fit the Reese outboard 5th wheel brackets and rails for a Ram 2500 Bighorn Diesel PN# 56009-53?

Yes, the Reese/Pro Series fifth wheel hitch you have, part number 30077, is designed to fit the rail dimensions of the # RP56009-53 that you also referenced so this kit would work well for you.
Since this is an outboard kit it will install much easier than the inboard style kits.
