How do i know if my equinox has factory tow package?

If your 2013 Chevy Equinox came with the factory trailer hitch and there is trailer wiring present you have the tow package and the correct trailer wiring harness you'd need is the # 118264.

Otherwise if you do not have the tow package you'll need the part # 118494 which is a fit for if you do not have the tow package.

If you have the original window sticker the tow package would be listed there or you can call a Chevy dealer and they'll be able to look it up.
