Replacement Rubber Straps for Hollywood Racks Bike Carriers  

I have a Hollywood bike rack. Its a great bike carrier, but every rubber strap is now broken. There must be a flaw in the mold design as the breaks are so precise that it looks like they are meant to break there. I would like to know how I can get additional rubber straps and weather or not the design has been improved? Has anyone else had the same issue? Thanks,
