Question:
My question is..... T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector Item # 118605 With this product, How can i connect the reverse light? Just with Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole Vehicle End Trailer Connector? Item # 30717 The answer you have is a 4 pin to 7 pin connector. I dont understand where to connect the other three lines to the car. Can one of them connect directly to the vehicles reverse light? Are there any errors? ? I hope you understand my question. Let me know. Thanks.

I think I understand what you are asking. For your 2015 Jeep Cherokee, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118605 will give you the basic trailer functions as you stated and then you can add the reverse feature alone using the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way Flat to 5-Way Flat - Vehicle End # C57187 and simply use the quick splice to tap into the reverse light at your tail light on either side. This will give you a 5-way flat connector that is used on many boat trailers for the reverse lockout feature.
If you wish to use this with a 7-way connector instead of a 5-way, you can use the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole # 37185 and simply connect the purple wire to your reverse light in the same way. The blue and black wires can be taped up out of the way but the white ground wire will need to be attached to your vehicle for proper function. If you want the quick splice connector, # SWC501925-1 will work well.
You may want the No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18140 to mount your wiring connector. If you use the 5-way flat, then you will also want mounting bracket # 18144 and the 5-way will sit on the outside of the bracket.
