Is a Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock Compatible with the Backup Camera on a 2013 Toyota Tacoma

Question:
My 2013 Toyota Tacoma truck tailgate lock has a backup camera in the tailgate handle. Will the PAL9520 allow the camera to be used with this part.
