Question:
1 What size Adco cover do you recommend for 2000 Sun Valley Coleman 73inch x 17foot pop-up? I am in a windy snowy area in Rochester, NY. Previous years the Heavy strength tarp has torn from the 2 sets of bars that go across the width of the trailer. I remove the bicycle holder which attach to the bars before I put the tarp on for winter. 2 Where would it be best to put a tarp on either above or below the Adco cover to help protect the Adco cover from tears?

I would go with the ADCO # 290-12295 AquaShed cover which features a heavy duty 3-layer top. Protects against rain, snow, and sun. Contoured fit matches shape of your camper. Secures with cinch rope and straps with buckles. I would also put a piece of tape or rag on sharp edges that could, over time, damage any cover.
