Can Shift Points be Manually Adjusted with Edge Evolution Programmer on a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500
Question:
Will this enable me to adjust the shift points when in towing mode. My truck shifts out of lower gear into higher gear when climbing a hill and the rpms from 5000 to 3000 and the truck falls on its face. Id like it to stay in the lower gear longer and lift on the gas but stay in the low gear or only have the rpms by maybe 1000 when it shifts back into higher gear. Im not sure if this tuner can help with this or not?

According to the manual for the Edge Evolution programmer # EP85450 you cannot manually change the shift points in a pre-programmed tune. The shift points will be optimized for towing when you select the towing tune from the programmer so you won't have to worry about setting them yourself. It will definitely help optimize the motor and transmission for towing with your 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500.
