how do i find the correct trailer jack I have a forest Rivers wild wood 2006 30 vin # 4x4wdh226p006675 I have a top wind now and it has 3 bolts in a trigular shape 5000 lbs what is my question also the inches some says 15 and 15 ? Thanks In Advance

It sounds like you have a 5,000 pound capacity A-frame trailer jack. There are many options in this category. If we narrow it down to top wind, bolt-on jacks with a round tube, there are 4 possible options. The 14 and 15 inch lift specification is how much the inner leg travels.
For a jack with 15 inches of travel, I recommend the Bulldog Round, A-Frame Jack, # BD155032. If you need a foot plate, you can add # BD018564. I have included a link to a video showing this jack being installed.
