CIPA EVO Formance Spectras H4 Halogen Headlight Bulbs # CM93353 have an 8,000 K color temperature. They will have a blue hue. This set also includes 2 replacement white 194 (T10) wedge LED bulbs. We ship out of our Wentzville, Missouri headquarters.
