This looks perfect except I want one with a strap instead of a cable.

I do have an AC powered winch for you but we currently do not have a DC to AC converter capable of handling the power draw of the Dutton-Lainson TW4000 StrongArm Electric Winch part # DL25200. For a similar AC powered winch, I recommend using the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch part # DL24876. This electric winch has a maximum load capacity of 2,700 lbs which is the highest capacity we offer for AC powered winches. The winch also comes with a pulley block that allows you to move the anchor point for a straight line pull.

To protect the winch while not in use, I recommend using the Dutton-Lainson Winch Cover part # DL24051.

The wire cable can be swapped out for a 2" wide strap like the Hand Winch Strap with Safety Hook part # DL24251. You would also need a new faceplate like the Replacement Front Plate part # DL404495 to allow for the wider strap to be used. This is going to be your only option as we currently do not carry an AC powered winch that comes with a strap.
