Position of Footplate Handles and Plunger Pins on Landing Gear Trailer Jacks

Is anyone making landing gear jacks where the passenger side spring loaded foot release is on the outside of the jack?

From what I have seen, there are 2 different configurations for landing gear jacks like # BD182815. First is like the jack you have referenced that has the foot release is perpendicular to the rod through the top center of the jack. The other configuration is like # BD182411, with the release parallel with the top rod.
Jack # BD182411 is a companion to the Bulldog Square Jack # BD182400. The Bulldog Square Jack, # BD182404 and can be used in tandem operations with either of the first two jacks. If you want to connect 2 together for dual operations, you will need to make a connecting rod.
Both jacks are designed so that their plunger pins and footplate handles are in easily accessible positions from either side of your trailer. A handle, like # BD015181, can be placed on either side.
