The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75784 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2015 Acura RDX. We do not have any installers based in Maryland, however any local mechanic or shop with a good reputation should be able to handle the installation without issue. Because the hitch is custom-fit for your vehicle, it will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a no-drill installation. It has an estimated installation time of around 40 minutes. All of the necessary hardware is included.
I have attached an installation video on your vehicle and the written instructions that you can use for reference. You can also use this information to obtain an accurate estimate from a local installer.
