To determine which Backup Alert Bulb, like the Hopkins # HM20100VA, is compatible with your 2016 Ford Transit Van you will simply need to find out what size bulb you have. The Hopkins part referenced will replace a 1156 bulb and it includes an audible alert that activates when you put your vehicle in reverse.
The only other bulb that we currently have for this application it part # HM20101VA which replaces a 3156 bulb.
If neither of these bulbs is the correct replacement you can always use an alternative method like the License Bracket Mount # HM60100VA.
