2018 3500 Ram Laramie with 6.gas, towing prep package puc system, tonneau basic rail system, and a 4.10 axel with a 76inch bed. which hitch would be the best? Anything else I should look at. Pulling a 2018 Reflection 337RLS. All of this is going to be ordered soon. Slider, conventional with sidewinder or Andersen ???

If you are open to the idea of using a Sidewinder pin box that will be the best towing solution for your short bed 2018 Ram 3500. It allows you to not have to use a slider hitch (which are heavy, noisier, and are somewhat of a hassle) and it allows the trailer to track better behind you and will easier to back up.
We've spoken with the manufacturer of your 2018 Reflection 337RLS before and we know it has a Lippert 1621 pin box so you'd want the part # RP34FR which has a 20k capacity.
Then the best fifth wheel hitch is the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3600 which is designed for your Ram hitch prep package. The Companion hitches are considered by many to be the best fifth wheel hitch available so this would be a hitch you'd be very happy with. Then for the custom wedge to fit this hitch to the Sidewinder you would want the part # SWW-06 and you'd be set.
