If your trailer has a surge brake coupler you will need to install a flexible brake line like the Titan Hydraulic Brake Line with Fittings - 25 inch Long, part # T0980100, inline with the couplers master cylinder and the original brake line so the tongue can fold without damaging the braking system.
I have numerous sizes of flexible brake lines available and I have included a link to the available options. I would recommend to use the longest flexible brake line available, like the 25 inch long brake line, # T0980100. This length will allow you more than enough flexibility for your brake line when the fold away coupler is added to your trailer tongue. The flexible brake line is furnished with 3/8 - 24 UNF male and female fittings on the ends of the brake line.
